  Sharon was too busy to deal with me. She never bothered to call me back. Heidi did help me out and got a sale for 3 of my houses.

  They are a family owned and operated business! All the agents are very knowledgeable and most have worked there 10+years. I feel very comfortable with my policies in their hands. Must get a quote for jewelry if you own any! I thought I could only get it with my home policy, but they informed me of a company they have that insures for your jewelry only and they were very cheap! Would never go to anyone else. In fact, my closest friends have their homes insured through The Insurance Center as well. Everyone here treats you like family there.
