  Well kept storage facility. A bit pricy, but I have seen higher. Staff is easy to work with.

  First of all, the pictures you see on the website are mostly NOT Florosa Mini Storage. That facility is run down with a dirt road. Most of the listed amenities are false. The place is accessible to walkers, there is no live in manager and I saw rats in the climate building while moving out in August. The office bathroom has no hot water to clean your hands. The lighting was terrible in the building and the manager did all she could to accommodate my help and I but the owner must be cheap and half assed and seems as if he/she doesn't care enough to fix up the place. I saw leaks in the climate building during light rain. This facility is a pit.
